The project encompassed multiple areas, including a reach-in closet for their daughter’s bedroom, a custom TV entertainment center adjacent to the kitchen, shelving in the daughter’s room, mudroom storage, and garage organization systems. My goal was to create functional, durable, and aesthetically pleasing storage that would adapt to the family’s evolving needs.

I’m excited to share a new avenue for clients to access my custom closet designs—through my Etsy shop. This approach allows prospects to browse a selection of template-based designs online, choose their preferred finishes, and make a purchase directly on Etsy. After the purchase, I personally visit to take final measurements, ensuring every detail is perfect. From there, the installation proceeds just like with any other client, providing a seamless blend of online convenience and personalized service.

This project is one of my favorites and involves designing the largest walk-in closet I’ve ever created—it’s even larger than the family room in my childhood home. The client, who was referred to me by her neighbor (a previous client), discovered during her architectural planning that what she thought was an extra bedroom was actually her closet. She had reached out to two of my competitors who didn’t return her calls promptly. In contrast, I provided her with a design and an installation date on the same day we spoke. By that afternoon, she had given me a deposit, and she was extremely happy with the swift service.
